●Audit calls, emails, chats etc.
●Maintain working knowledge of quality standards
●Develop and perform quality test processes
●Make recommendations for repairing defects
●Resolve issues and express ingenuity as required.
●Develop and maintain Quality Assurance procedure documentation.
●To conduct regular Feedback sessions for Agents.
●Generating daily, weekly & monthly Quality Reports.
●Assistance for continual improvement
●Providing trainings to agents on quality parameters, KRA’s and expectations.
Qualification and Requirements
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with working experience as a Quality Analyst.
Skill set required
●Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
●Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Shift Timing: – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary : 20 to 25 K
